Terms & Conditions – Class Schedule, Attendance & Fees

 

Class Schedule & Attendance

  • Classes missed due to teacher’s non-availability or institute hall non-availability will be compensated.

  • We ensure 04 sessions per month (1–2 hours each, subject-based).

  • No compensatory class for student’s personal/medical absence. Teachers may assist in covering missed portions in the next class.

  • Students absent over one month without intimation will not be allowed to continue.

  • Minimum 75% attendance is required to sit for any exam.

 

Leaves & Holidays

  • Classes run year-round except on designated public holidays.

  • Missed classes may be adjusted on 5th weekends or other mutually available days.

  • Public Holidays (No compensation):

    • Navaratri/Dussehra – 1 week (Sep/Oct)

    • Diwali – 1 week (Oct/Nov)

    • Christmas – 1 week (Dec)

 

Fees & Charges

  • Tuition fee payable monthly/quarterly as per applicable terms.

  • No adjustment, reduction, or refund for missed/discontinued classes.

  • Non-payment halts continuation; readmission required for next session.

  • Exam & Stage Performance fees apply as per circulars.

  • Admission, exam, or performance fees are non-refundable.

 

Events & Celebrations

  • Workshops & performances are part of the curriculum and count as regular classes.

  • Annual celebrations: Ganesh Chaturthi, Saraswati Puja/Basant Panchami with rituals, cultural activities, and special puja bhog for staff & students.

 

Miscellaneous

  • Teacher continuity cannot be guaranteed; suitable replacements will be arranged if needed.

  • Exam eligibility:

    • Prayag Sangeet Samiti / SSS Parisad – Students joining after September cannot sit for that session.

    • Trinity Exams – Joining after Feb excludes summer; after May excludes winter.

  • Instruments (Tabla/Keyboard/Guitar) may be provided to new joiners for 2 weeks (subject to availability).

  • No cell phones allowed inside classrooms (must be off or silent).
