Refund Policy – Classroom & Online Training

 

Registration & Payment Terms

  • 100% payment required to confirm registration.

  • Registration is valid only after full payment is received.

  • Payments accepted via Digital/UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

 

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Registrations and discounts are non-transferable.

  • Refunds for additional discounts will not be entertained.

  • No refund if programs are canceled/rescheduled due to natural calamities or circumstances beyond control. Fees will be adjusted against future programs.

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment source.

  • All refunds will be completed within 15 working days of written request and approval.

 

Classroom Training Refunds

  • Requests must be received in writing or via email (not by phone).

  • 100% refund if request is received 3 days before program start.

  • No refund if request is received less than 3 days before program start.

  • Note: 5% deduction applies for transaction and administrative charges.

 

Online Training Refunds

  • Requests must be received in writing or via email (not by phone).

  • 100% refund if request is received 48 hours before program start.

  • No refund if request is received less than 48 hours before program start.

  • Note: 5% deduction applies for transaction and administrative charges.

 

Program Cancellation by Academy

  • Academy reserves the right to cancel/reschedule programs due to insufficient registrations or instructor unavailability.

  • Participants will be notified in advance.

  • Full refund will be provided in such cases.
